Yeah, it'll be just like when Finland savagely attacked Russian troops with artillery that Finland didn't have, causing Russia to have to invade Finland.
I'm sure history books in India still say that it's Finland that started the Winter War, since it's what Moscow said at the time; and as we can see in this thread, Indians are magically compelled to believe all the bullshit that the Kremlin spouts.
If any dirty bomb is used in Ukraine, it's Russia that's the culprit. It's Russia that is systematically destroying and despoiling Ukraine and trying to make it unlivable. They know they can't win, because their army is a joke, and their "partial" mogilization initiative is there just to buy more time before the whole castle of cards comes crashing down. Russia sees that their attempt at taking over Ukraine will only result in a Ukraine that is more hostile to them, and with a stronger military than them. Complete disaster. So, as revenge, they're trying to sabotage the entire land, out of spite, and poisoning it with a dirty bomb is just pushing this spite to its limit.

The dirty bomb is intended as a pretext for Russia using nukes against Ukraine, but it will not work, their forces in Ukraine will be attacked by NATO if they try. A dirty bomb on its own, as a weapon, is nearly useless, the fear factor is high, the effectiveness is low.
