They've been heavily sanctioned and various nuclear deals made in that area though. The rest of your statement is just plane wrong. They have SRBMs, MRBMs and IRBMs and are probably close to ICBMs too.Wrong. Iran has been working on nuclear tech for quite some time. But unlike India which became Nuclear power by 1974, Iran till date is still trying to develop their nukes. That's just one area of reference. Similarly they don't have ICBMs, SRBMs like India and they have working on them for quite some time.

Hmmm... I doubt reverse engineering is that fast. My honest assessment is that they're fairly adept in both drones and guided missile technology domestically. They are ahead in drone tech because they managed to reverse engineer RQ-170. I am sure we will nose ahead of them even in this criteria as we're making great strides of our own.
Operationally deployed rail guns of India? Laser tech? Anything operational that's actually capable of boiling an egg.Fact is, Nuclear weapons, ICBMs, Laser tech, EMPs, Rail Guns, BMD...you name it, India has developed all of these through 100% indigenous R&D and even operationalised them. Iran is no where close. Period.
You haven't been following the news. In a few days Russia has lost territory that took it weeks to months to obtain.Once Russia captures Odessa and Kharkov, the Ukronazis would be too defanged to continue. Just wait and watch.
It really isn't in Russia's interest to still hold Ukrainian land at the end of this war. Because if that happens, Ukraine will join NATO and MRBMs, like a nuclear-tipped version of LRHW will be placed in North Eastern Ukraine, putting Moscow on a 2-3 minute notice if they try something similar anywhere else off their western borders. This means that if Putin goes to take a shit, Moscow will be reduced to ashes before he finishes.
