You do realise that warheads are interchangeable. Any missile can be loaded with many different types of warheads.
Anti runway warheads are not as rare as you think. In fact they are very common.

The intended target was to "show capability" not actually hit target. It was said in the video itself.
The weapon crosshair was placed on the target then intentionally removed and weapon guided to wooded area.

However this was the selectable target map given to PM of Pakistan in front of ministers and all military brass, by the PAF chief . The military and civilian leadership held a joint meeting after 26th February indian strike on our territory to discuss how to reply.

As per off the record statement by a federal minister Asad umer, the entire committee was surprised by the depth of targets shown as within range and capabilities of PAF on the map.
The air chief was adamant and asked the committee to give go ahead for any target or targets and PAF will hit them.
So there are two possibilities. Either our air chief is stupid or our Air force really has the capability of striking that deep inside India.

If you only wanted to show capability then why send 11 bombs? Why some of them detonate and while others fall harmlessly in the fields? That circumstantial evidence goes against PAF.
Actually it shows that you were unsure of your own weapons and they did fail you. Hence 11 weapons and hence some of them actually explode while others don't.

We have satellite images that ammunition dump was unharmed. There was one bomb that hit a tree and blew up. So much for high accuracy and guidance.
BTW, I am still waiting to hear why did PAF needed 11 bombs for merely "demonstrating the capability". It sounds more like a plan to attack but it failed.
