Recently there was some Elint plane over Shakargarh bulge inside Pakistan

If you are referring to the flight radar fiasco, again, questionable.
If some other case, I am not aware of it, may be I missed it.
Also, the ruckus all over twitter is bit much for an ELINT plane.
I guess it was a case of bad intel or their radars malfunctioning or a combination of both.

We must have spotted new Radars in that area , also our satellites can pick out which Radar is Working at any point of time
So if some area has a blindspot and we know it , we are just Rubbing it in
