Goolgle translated:

"Some newspapers reported that Morocco is planning to supply the Whap 8x8 armored vehicles that will be manufactured in Morocco with combat turrets of 105mm and 120mm caliber. Some newspapers speculated that the Royal Moroccan Armed Forces will turn to European or Indian companies to manufacture these combat turrets.

According to our direct sources at TASL, this news is inaccurate. Morocco will not supply its armored vehicles with combat turrets from Indian companies, as has been confirmed to us several times. The logical choice is to work with Elbit Systems, which has already decided and begun building production lines for its systems in Morocco.

Our sources also did not rule out the possibility that Elbit will develop and manufacture combat turrets specifically for Morocco's requirements, even if it is a 120mm or 105mm caliber. The Whap 8x8 armored vehicle has already appeared with the UT30MK2 combat turret, with a 30mm caliber, which is manufactured by the same company.

The research and development process between Morocco and Elbit Systems could reach the point of equipping the Moroccan armored vehicle and other systems with all the necessary combat and defensive means, while transferring the manufacturing technology locally to Morocco, and the company is extremely open to this option.

Until this information is confirmed or denied, the door remains open to other companies, provided they provide high-tech combat turrets for Moroccan armored vehicles, while transferring the technology and manufacturing to Morocco.

These exclusive images from the Atlantic Defence and Armament Observatory show some of the versions that will be adopted for the future Moroccan armored vehicle."

Arjun is an outdated design in its present state. We need to uprate the engine and need to re-design the turret along with an aps with anti-drone capability and a 30mm auto cannon for anti-air if we actually want to be competitive in the export market. If the drdo or arde actually successfully develop a 120mm smmothbore surpassing the l/55 and a 130/140mm anti tank gun only then we can be take seriously in armour. Also we need to further develop our nera capabilities. We literally have all of the sub-components. We literally have the Israelis. I hope they can do something.

On January 30, a delegation headed by the director and owner of the Indian company Micron Instruments Vikram Sangali and the president of GTB holding Grigor Ter-Ghazaryan met with the Ministry of High-Tech Industry for Investment opportunities for the creation of new industrial production in Armenia. According to Armenian media, the establishment of a weapons production facility was discussed at the meeting. Micron Instruments produces large-caliber artillery for NATO countries, and the new plant in Armenia will operate under US patronage.

if we actually want to be competitive in the export market.
This particular point is rather vague in nature esp for a country that was majority import dependent. All this export talk is due to the current Govt/PM set political messaging mandate with which the ecosystem is complying at present , and sort of waiting for it to pass by due to decades of mistrust shown by Govt establishment.
Traditionally arms and defence biz was, is and will be looked down upon as a very very sensitive topic. As the DG ECS said during the Aero expo, their mandate is not making a system for export neither are they interested in such. Their mandate is to make a robust solution which will/should find export interest. There is huge chasm between the two ideas when it comes to defence side stuff, be it equipment, fully integrated system or even sub-systems.
Fully expect this export mania to run its course once someone else becomes PM and/or change in political scenario. We know it, the establishment aka the babudom knows it , pvt sector, the equity houses know it.
