Operation Sindoor: India Strikes Terroist Camps Inside Pakitsan

I am from India. I believe Chinese tech (if not already top notch) will get there soon.....and there lies threat to India.

Better for India to catch up.

But curious:
*India has accepted tibet as Chinese territory, while getting nothing in return.
*India lobbied for permanent UN membership to China.
*India has given enormous trade Surplus to China.
+ many such stuff....

Still - why are Chinese antagonistic towards India?
They think they are middle kingdom and rest of asia should follow them and they're still pissed about us giving refuge to Dalai Lama. Insecurity is also a big thing they think we want Tibet when in reality Indian government and strategists don't rlly care about Tibet at all. Basically they want to be world dominant superpower with everyone obeying them and they know india won't do that.

If this report is true then it explains why our Rafales didn't fire back towards the PL-15 carrying J-10CEs! @randomradio, @vstol Jockey

I don't believe the IAF was allowed to fire across the border on the first 2 days anyway.

First day, terrorist-infra strikes. Second day, Pak retaliated. Third day, we took out their air defenses.

I wouldn't pay much attention to the tweet. We received a bunch of Meteors from French stock in 2020 itself. The Meteors we ordered would have taken time.

By the way, what's the source of his information? Believe me, bro.

"Trust me, bro." :sneaky:

Chinese tech will be very good in Chinese hands.

But they are not yet a threat to the US.

The worry for me is - pak will use time to plug holes in their AD and will purchase high impact weapons for punch on first 5 days of warfare.

India gave away lessons to pak for low cost. I also feel prolonged war is not in India's favour.

India will forever have problem with Islam (0.5 + pak + bangla) + internal leftists.

As if we are gonna be just sitting down while they upgrade their air defence. Rudram 1 Rudram 2, ELINT satellites, Tejas Mk1a Mk2 and hopefully more AWACS means we will still be capable to penertrate lumber 1 air defence by the next clash. As for AD we have S400, Akash, Barak 8, upcoming Project Kusha, AAD etc. The only thing I am concerned about is AWACS, we need Netra Mk1a by 2030. That is an absolute must.

Yeah, he got slightly confused as AkashTeer is our IA's integrated Command & Control System just like IACCS of IAF. But his other points about USA & China taken by surprise because of our multi-domain net/space centric AI based sensor-fusion are absolutely true.

This is what Modi gov. has done and people just look at things like delayed MRFA etc. and wrongly criticize 'em.
Shortcomings must be addressed mate. Otherwise we are no better than Pakistanis chest thumping and claiming victory right now.

Anyway, my question is what is India's answer to Pak possibly getting the J35 in say 5yrs time? No doubt they will expedite their plans to acquire these jets in order to come back in a few years with a face saving. China has vested interest beyond geopolitical maneuvering now as their ISR assets were hit during Op Sindoor.

They gonna get it in 2 years rather than 5 years. BTW who's gonna pay for it again? Saudis/gelf states or will Chinese gov give some loan to pacify their state owned company? Now that I think about it Pakistanis may go all in for J35 and not modernize their AD that much. I doubt they can do both at the same time even with extensive Chinese support.

Okay by that time they will also be integrated on LCA mk1 as well. Only then it will be a true interceptor, will increase the lethality of LCA by multifolds.
Leave Mk1 it will be on Mk1a with AESA radar and reduced RCS. Our Mk1a will become lumber 1 air force buster 😎. During Iranian strike on Israel the US Navy and others used jets with BVRM and other air to air missiles to engage drones and even missiles falling on Israel. I think next time Porks will try to spam missiles and more Fatah MLRS, so we need Netra Mk1 AWACS to be flying internally around our airbases and capital city to detect those projectiles and then we can engage them using Astra and R77 on our Tejas Mk1. Anyways I don't think Tejas mk1 will be useful in either border, so it can be used for internal air defence from missiles and projectiles launched by enemy. That can be our first layer of AD with S400, Kusha, Barak 8, Akash and L70 forming the other layers.
