MKI splashed F-35Bs in the recent exercise surprising the Brits. I always have said that MKI can fight(defeat) 5th-gen fighters and now my point has been vindicated.

Ram panel can also mean RAM applied panel. Can HAL replace the aeroframe material without certifying it with Rus for Su30 only?
We integrated BrahMos-A without their certfication. Replacing Al panel with same weight Composite panel aint that difficult for us. Plus it was also part of the original contract to slowly replace all metal panels with composite ones.

PS: Any guesses what it was? CFC like Tejas or C N T like F-35;)

Just curious, do 5G jets carry Luneberg lens when flying sorties in international exercises? To what extent does it mask their true signature?

Yes.

Basically drowns out original signature.

In the exercise.
Su30mki, jags and our awacs, simulated an anti ship attack on QE carrier group.

British f35b with lunerberg lens were protecting the carrier group.

After that exercise.

A wvr and dogfight exercise took place between British and our jets.

I mean its obvious MKI would smoke F35 in WVR due to superior aerodynamics and such.

But reality is far far different and irl Sukhoi would be shot down like 150-200 km away before it would even realize F35 was present.

While it can locked onto and missile fired at it at those distances.

But chances of it being shot down by a bvr fired at those distances are low.
High chance of it being forced to abandon mission tho and take evasive actions.

At which distance would incoming BVR from F35 give so little warning that Sukhoi would be smoked? The sukhoi with bars I mean cuz obviously it would be different for super Sukhoi with more advanced MAWS and stuff.

Chances of hitting a modern(non stealth) fighter jet at more than ~100km distances even if you have missiles with max ranges of 200+km, i would categories it in low probability.
The Caveat tho is fighter should be alert.

Like RWR or another sensor or ally system/jet alerting it that a missile has been fired at it.

Yes, they mostly do deploy Luneberg Lens. However, if IAF requested RN to unleash F-35Bs in their full stealth profile against MKIs then it is not out of realms for them to oblige.

PS: It was not just MKI defeating F-35Bs with BARS but rather a combination of MKI's onboard and off-board(read AWACS), sensors detecting F-35Bs(in full stealth profile) before they could detect MKI via EOTS maintaining full EMCON. It was a complex scenario where MKI once again prevailed.
