Only two things can explain this Paddy - gross incompetence & corruption. It's one thing for Taiwan to be compromised as there are a lot of people there who think re unification wi China is the way ahead for ideological reasons for pragmatic reasons or they've been compromised by the MSS.
What's little britain's excuse for being caught with its pants down & nothing by way of exposure given you lack balls to begin with ?!
Hydrofoil designs like this have been around for quite some time Paddy. What makes this unique in the eyes of the handle & you is perhaps this has come out of Belfast !Who would've thought Paddys from Belfast are so technologically advanced when conventional wisdom sees them unfit to even build a goddamned canoe ?!
As far as the right application goes it's very simple. Build 4 dozen of these make them into unmanned surface vessels & float a swarm of 2 dozen each into either Aircraft Carriers you have , putting them , you , the RN & His Majesty's Government out of their collective miseries & spare us the oft cited joke of the RN being a top class Navy when it's just a notch above the IRGC Naval unit aka a Coast Guard.
