But 7th house signifies the 1st wife for everyone. And the 2nd wife (in those cases where you marry a new one) means it won't be signified by the 7th house. That is why i mentioned it like that. Doesn't mean any chance for divorce.

Ketu in 5th house can also be problematic for own education (not children). And by this I mean, not that the person will be bad at education, but will not take it serious enough, maybe one of those guys who flunks classes or just drops out and such. This guy needs someone to push him.
But on second look, on a very positive side note, 5th house lord is the SUN which is placed in 3rd house (upachaya house) ruled by gemini. Now that actually is very good, because any connection to upachaya houses is very good. It might also mean that whatever education he gets, it makes him a communicator of that education, or he likes to communicate his knowledge.
Saturn has 11th dristi (aspects) on 6th house means his enemies gets destroyed.
Also Saturn has 3rd dristi on his 11th house. So he will get ruthless rich or will have ruthless focus on making huge gains, but he will get the fruits after a huge toil. Saturn wants him to learn some discipline on financial matters first.
11th house lord Jupiter is also going to 2nd house, the house of own/family wealth. That means once he makes makes those huge gains with rahu in 11th placing, he will keep it as his own or as his families own wealth, or he itself and his own family itself will be the beneficieary of tha wealth and you won't loose it to someone else or anything. You will retain your huge wealth. Mars also aspects your 11th house. That is good or bad I don't know, but it'll give you huge energy in 11th house matters in normal cases. But since Mars is debilated in your chart because of placing in cancer sign, that energy is weak in your case. But Rahu in 11th itself is a huge positive energy. If mars also was strong or even neutral, you would've been super super rich. Anyways, this is a very enviable chart for materialistic life.

Mars 4th dristi on 7th house can mean your wife and business partners are a bit headstrong/argumentative (don't worry it is a debilitated mars). It means the spouse is a very energetic person also. It means slight mangal dosha (I don't consider it a dosha, since it actually makes your soupose like independance and such and generally makes her strive to live on own foot and such). It can also mean she is a bit extra horny? I don't know (ask vstol_jockey).
I think the overall reading regarding education and profession is:
I think the person will have a very huge huge greed and unsatisfiable strong urge to be a huge huge success in life (like elon musk level). Super ambitious. And this might lead him to get a bit frustrated with education because education takes a long time. And there is new technologies emerging for education like online education, mobile apps, etc. I think the person will think he can get education on his own and doesn't need formal education and might drop out of college, or he may just get education on his own terms and not take college education (which is basically 'find a job' education) seriously, since college education only gets you professions where you have linear financial growth.
