Republican win and capitulation in Ukraine would see China invade Taiwan, because if the US can't be bothered to defend Europe, it certainly won't defend Taiwan. If they can't even be bothered to defend a country that has a land border with NATO, how does that look for Taiwan at the opposite side of the Pacific Ocean some 6,000+ miles from continental US. Borders will be gone, more or less I guess, based on which power is running which geographical location. So there's only gonna be two or three "countries," if you can call it that.
Pretty much the entire global population will just be zombies under digital surveillance, and that's gonna be our life. Islam is perfect for that, blind obedience to some mullah. We will still be able to do pretty much everything we normally do, except have freedom and ambition. There won't be a middle class, we will have to live on an allowance of some kind.
