No denying that, but a majority of the blame lies with the political class, shying away from basic responsibilities. Mr Bisht goes online and says theres no shortage of medical services/oxygen, while the ground reality is that folks are dying on the streets like vermin. Can't rule it out.
I'm also more inclined to believe this is how it spreads when strict contact tracing, tracking, isolating etc are not done properly, unlike the way it was done last year. It's also likely that it's only a matter of time before the virus spreads to neighbouring countries and Africa and do the same kind of damage.
But definitely can't rule out foreign powers, including China and/or Pakistan, deliberately having spread the infection through hotspots in India.

Histidine is a pH regulator. For recombinant non-replicating virus based vaccines, a pH regulator is needed to ensure enough virus is alive when it is injected for immune system to react.
Regulating pH is not a sure sign that you have adjuvant.

They don't have to. Our own stupid people are more than capable of doing that. India for some wild reason did not ban flights from UK during faar-mar protest. The variant doing rounds in north India is UK/Farmer variant.
From the very begining we knew that this farmers protest has been funded and aided by our enemies. Look at the timelines. In end Aug we checkmate PLA in North and South Bank of P tso and kailash Range. By middle of Sep it dawned on PLA the very difficult situation they were in. In Oct The Farmers protests start in India with a view to choke North India connectivity by blocking all major roads to haryana, Punjab and J&K. Now when these protests failed and GOI refused to bow down to them. The Covid situation which had come under control, was delibrately riuned by these farmers by taking the Covid to rural India which had remained nearly unscatched in the first wave. The health facilities in rural India are next to nothing and in very poor shape.
These so called farmers, thru Khap panchayats and other such means travelled all over North India to ensure that rural India gets swamped by new cases which will suddenly clog the health care system of major cities. This is what has exactly happened. Punjab had experienced the rist major spike in North India followed by haryana and Rajasthan. MH is the biggest spreader for south India ruled by MVA govt if which Congress is an ally. MH itself has spread this virus to adjoining states like Karnataka, MP, Telengana and Gujrat.
One more reason has been the marriage season in Mid Feb. People flouted all norms and no one enforced any rules whatsoever thinking that covid is over. from first week of March we have seen the spike in cases all across India.
