HAL CMD saying Ka-226T helicopter is better than LUH , and they are ready to assemble Ka-226T helicopter

This is CMD of the company . How ll they convince countries to buy their product ? May be these PSUs have a different business model then we layman are used to ..
Finally this hafta vasooli has stopped. He hasn't made any such statement.
As a CMD his primary goal is to ensure the topline & bottom-line of the company he runs . HAL is Russia's first partner of choice. If the GoI determines the project is useful & gives the go ahead why would he refuse to partner it .
However , in all likelihood I doubt this project will come thru . The creation of HAL's Tumkur facility apart from the LUH meeting user department's requirements has killed what little hope anyone had of this project fructifying.
Moreover given the magnitude of Russia's exports to India ever since they became our primary source of oil for the past few months , there's a massive backlog of payments which haven't yet been cleared , something which's prompted Russia to threaten with holding further exports pending previous payments .
Apparently Delhi is facing a problem on evolving a steady mechanism in payments to Russia due to the sanctions plus Russia's asking for part payment in renmenbis.
