It better since the B2 is 80's tech.
The B-21 RCS must be ridiculously small. SecDef hinted She likely has much longer range than B2 since she won't have to be deployed outside the US. He also hinted (paraphrasing) modern IADS are pretty much useless which means B21 RCS is much smaller and EW much more powerful than anything the US has ever deployed on aircraft. She's pretty much the F-35 of bombers the B21's high value will likely be her ISR capability.
I find B21 Raider design much more different than a classic B2 Spirit stealth bomber, at least by present photos.
It scaled up after the NGB, 2018 Bomber, and the massive ultra-advanced 2037 Bomber. The LRS-B became a compromise between the two because the first set of plans from 1999 severely underestimated Russia and China and a replacement bomber was needed quick, so the LRS-B came to be. It's one of those sensible decisions rarely taken by the Pentagon. This and NGAD, both services.

There's a painting/watermark in front of the nose gear and folks are saying that it's a kill... as in it took out a bird meaning it probably already flew?It's a 6th gen bird.
How can this be a 6th gen bird? 6th gen is supposed to have super cruise and flying wings can't touch super cruise speeds.

They have refined the design and made it cost effective. Kinda disappointing since I was b-21 raider would be just a bigger f-117 with longer range and with a decent a2a ability. I guess NGAD will be more of that but better at air dominance.
Impossible to tell.
It should have a lot of active RCS reduction measures.
It would be more prudent to say a radar that can detect it will be developed only after the bomber becomes operational and adversaries learn more about it.
