These aircraft are likely beyond B-21 capability and likely will never be disclosed. These are not drones since they are flying in formation, over populated areas and near air traffic. So what are these doritos?

There are probably dozens of black budget programs/X-planes that will never be disclosed.

There's a painting/watermark in front of the nose gear and folks are saying that it's a kill... as in it took out a bird meaning it probably already flew?

It looks more like an artwork...almost like a Swallow.

Kill marks are usually designed after the plane/ground target that was destroyed, and this doesn't look like anything.

Could be a logo/mascot for B-21.

It should have a lot of active RCS reduction measures.

It would be more prudent to say a radar that can detect it will be developed only after the bomber becomes operational and adversaries learn more about it.

Most of the low RCS number for stealth plane are usually in high frequency bands like X, Ku, K & that to at certain angles ( over all RCS number will always be high )
B 21 claim to fame is that it is stealthy even in low band ( UHF/VHF ) which is in my opinion....Even with 0.00001 mt ² claimed RCS of pellet size ( lowest RCS value not the overall RCS ).... combination of space based sensors , high power Ground based Radars & over the Horizon radar will still detect it.
there are mobile Ground based X band radars out there even today which can easily detect & track this thing up to 250 km away

The paint absorbs >99.9% of the radar energy before the geometry even comes into play. It basically just doesn't reflect radar waves at all.

Cost effective.... F-18E blk 3. It already comes with SEAD/DEAD capabilities and the weapons that is already integrated is more capable than what Rafale carries. And please for the sake of derailing this thread lets not bring up dog fighting and BVR since both RIGHT NOW are equal.

Stealth is shaping plus radar absorbing materials used. F-16's RCS was reduced several times through "Have Glass" program.

Sure there will because that would only give -30dBsm. The exterior geometry will have an affect but the radar absorbent materials and geometry under the paint will have a bigger affect. Then you have EW too, just in case. And it will of course know where the radars are via ESM, unlike the F-117.

It will be like trying to track a 600mph frozen pea that knows you're looking for it.
