This 1994 Case was Perhaps the Most important legal obstacle cleared by RJB Nyas

Here the Congress govt had Simply Cancelled and Abrogated All TITLE suits running prior to Demolition and Simply Frozen the Dispute for Ever by Acquisition of 67 acres , through an Act of Parliament

This case Revived the Legal process again which resulted in 2010 Allahabad HC Judgement

Congress did something even more funny which needs to be repealed by MSD-Modi-Shah-Doval. Congress passed protection of religious places act in 1991 to ensure that other than RJB, no other mosque is claimed by Hindus or any case opened against those mosques. If this act is repealed, Hindus will get possession of over 44000 mosques built after destroying Hindu temples. The RJB ruling will become applicable to all those places also.

But this one was argued as a title case as you said, so that should automatically override that ruling no?

This act puts a bar on the jurisdiction of courts on religious places. But yes title suits can continue based on hard evidence and documents. The best aspect of this judgement is that the Diety is a juristic person. So we can start cases on behalf of the diety of the temple to reclaim the land.

For many years now , Kashi and Mathura will NOT be of any interest to Hindus

There are more pressing concerns like Compulsory Family Planning , NRC

Let the 2021 census happen

All Hell will break loose

And sometime by 2025 or later , Hindus will be a Minority in Kerala, ie less than 50 percent of total population

How this development is looked upon in Assam and West Bengal will determine the
Future of this So called Secularism in India

Doesnt that defeat the purpose since arguing for each temple case by case would make it unviable when you look at the cost and time factor.

If it puts a bar on jurisdiction of courts, then how do you get justice for issues related to religious places?
 
SS is now going with NCP-Congress combine. Some people refuse to learn lessons from past. We all know what happened to Kumaraswamy who did the same trick on BJP. And we all know how they got routed in GE 2019. Same fate awaits SS now. Seems Marathas will never learn from their past mistakes and remain a charlie always.

so if SS joins congress or lots of MLAs desert their parties to join BJP due to money, it is 'chanakya neeti'. If they join congress, it is disgraceful.

If BJP breaks SS MLAs, it will be a correct step. SS on its own could not have got even 25 seats. And now they have backstabbed BJP. We all know what Putr Moh did to Dhritrashtra, to Congress and and same fate awaits SS now.

BJP has never backstabbed any of its prepoll allies. Even in Karnataka AE, they had a tacit understanding with Gowdas and did not put strong candidates against them but Gowdas backstabbed BJP. Please tell me one case where BJP has backstabbed its prepoll allies. Even in Punjab, they knew that they are going to sink with Akalis, but they remained with them.

Naaa....BJP is just as in the dumps as the worst of them. Accept it dude, they're as much garbage as the rest. If they could buy power with money they would. It's not working this time. There are no moral lessons here.
but one thing is for sure....

CONGRESS IS BACK IN BUSINESS
