No. As no local assembly was sought so Technology is not an issue but IN will want Boeing to set up a dedicated facility to repair, overhaul and update the aircrafts in India.

any other country when it is flooded ppl will be having nightmares, but legends have different ideas. Thats why pakistan is in a different league of its own where no one can compete.
