Islamic Republic of Pakistan : News, Discussions & Updates

Fund crunch hits hard. When its fuel it will be other things, consumables for vehicles, bulletproof vests etc.

Thanks to their gun culture, their insurgents fight nasty. Higher caliber weapons, bigger IEDs. Since 2022 they are using M113s to patrol the more fun areas in Balochistan since their Toyota pickups were no match for the larger IEDs. That means more fuel per patrol, a lot more.

I agree it will take a lot more before they break - its a 5-6 year down the line question but for once we are on the right track.
Plus US has left billions of dollars worth arms and ammunition and some of it will find way to Pakistan. Both Talibans are hitting them on daily basis, but the Murd-e-Momin army is hiding instead of retaliating. I won’t be surprised if someday their generals sell the assets of army and move out of Paxtan!!

More than supporting the malcontents there , I'd rather we start focusing on the security implications & impact a slowly disintegrating Paxtan would have on India. Already we're seeing record hauls of drugs being intercepted in the high seas off Indian coastline all the way from Gujarat to TN , none of which have been reported by MSM or even analysed by them ( it's only the SM with channels having Ltd subscriptions & which usually conform to the RW ideology & disseminate such information who've been covering these issues from time to time.

The value of these high sea drug bursts are alarming to say the least running into thousands of crores per haul. Their reach even more so ranging from Muslim smugglers in SL with bases of operations in Malaysia , Maldives , UAE , India & obviously SL with political patronage received from the highest levels in case of the latter sitting in jails in India masterminding the entire operation.

This also connects the smuggling network to Islamic terrorism outfits like the PFI & other smaller outfits in TN & Kerala one of which was responsible for the attempted suicide blast of a temple in Coimbatore last Diwali ( the sole perpetrator died in the vicinity of them temple when the vehicle he was driving carrying the bomb went of prematurely with the ruling DMK whitewashing the incident claiming it was a van full of fertilizers . This is the kind of ruling classes we have. ) .

These aren't your ordinary narcotic smugglers however big time they're but these signify involvement of state actors. Long before the Taliban seized power in Afghanistan they held de facto power in a number of provinces especially in the south & east of Afghanistan.

Helmand which even in the past was some sort of narcotics capital in Afghanistan was long controlled by the Taliban whose group had relations with the Iran essentially the IRGC thru whom they used to traffic those narcotics to raise funds for their jihad .

Those networks have become more entrenched now & given the state of the collapsing economy in Paxtan , you can expect much more involvement by the PA & ISI into such activities . Besides these activities neatly dovetail into their existing plans for raising funds thru such endeavours for jihad & other separatist activities in India especially in Kashmir & Punjab. You are already seeing drone shipments across the IB in Punjab carrying limited quantities of arms , ammo narcotics to sustain such operations & at times currency as well .

Going ahead we'd need to strengthen our borders , border guarding mechanisms & protocols (meaning more fencing where there's existing ones & fencing where there's none from Punjab south right upto Rann of Kutch which can't be fenced for obvious reasons ) , border guards organisations viz BSF , ICG , etc. This also means ensuring Marine Police by coastal states upto 3 kms from the shores , a decision which was agreed upon but very poorly implemented post 26/11 .

Enact harsher laws for smuggling narcotics viz capital punishment & if that's too harsh for bleeding heart liberals then at least do so where cases of narco terrorism have been proved.
Unfortunately there is nothing much we can do. Drugs is the side effect of economic progress. As people earn more money than they need, drug business flourishes. It’s a first world problem ☹️

It's wreaking havoc in Punjab . It's also rearing it's head in the NE ever since the junta dismissed the Aung San government & the civil war intensified with new groups joining in.

Apparently narcotics smuggling which has always been a problem in that region - the golden triangle , now has gone up , with newer & more sophisticated arms having found it's way there.

To make matters more complicated the Chin an ethnic group in Myanmar which shares close relationship & affinity with the Mizos have renewed hostilities with Tatmadaw , sought shelter in Mizoram against the central government directives & are conducting hit & run operations there .

From there to Bangladesh & into the hands of jihadi groups there isn't too far nor far fetched. All these developments have major security implications on us .

The coming 3 decades upto 2050 are going to see major developments in our neighborhood apart from the larger world which in turn will have a major impact on the Indian nation & polity shaping it's destiny for the remaining century.

India needs a fully dedicated investigative and enforcement agency like DEA...specifically for drug abuse and trafficking.

Combined with Singapore style prosecution and penalty for drug trafficking. You have to cut the supply and nip problem in bud as far as possible.

I can assure you this is Paxtan we're talking about . There's nothing dull about them although they're dull. They find new ways for self buggery & self fellation . All we've to do is observe , make & share notes here .

It's taken generations of in breeding to reach where they are & become what they have . The least we can do is appreciate them . Is that too much to ask for ?
Kicking vermin when its down gets dull after a while.

I stand corrected my friend ;)

Pak Maulvi wants $1 billion KITTY PARTY of all 57 Islamic countries with first funds to be given to Pakistan. Ajeeb Hutiya Janana Desh Hai Pakistan, Mardon wali Koyi Baat Hi Nahi Hai In Mai Aur Inhe Kashmir Chahiye.. 😂😂🤣🤣

Even if Mullah sahab's idea is approved, he needs to get 22 such committees in 1 year

If Pak is serious about fixing this mess, step one is let the default happen. I could spell out the rest but I am too busy like the rest of India pulling more rope and handing it to them - so they can hang themselves
