Are we to assume that all restrictions will be removed by Oct 10 then. It doesn't make sense to invite tourists when restriction are still in place.

What's even funnier is that CMs of Indian state JK have hundreds of thousands of followers (even when they are hated) and all have verified accounts. Him taking jibes on India for JK is like a labourer in Abdul puncture repair shop is laughing on an highly paid IT employee on how he is free and not bound by rigid timelines while that employee is stuck in cubicle.
