Ladakh made separate Union Territory. Jammu and Kashmir as separate Union Territory with legislature.

i don't think you have automatic rights to buy land in these places dude. And please don't spoil the place like we do all other places.

This is ok.....Better than having a separate state or UT for valley
Hopefully the UT of new J&K will have also reorganized the number of seats in Jammu region.
No sir , or else Kashmir alone would hve been a hub of seperatism hence jammu is needed
That's how an elected leader of J&K can be from Jammu and rule over Kashmir.
