Ladakh made separate Union Territory. Jammu and Kashmir as separate Union Territory with legislature.

Hopefully the UT of new J&K will have also reorganized the number of seats in Jammu region.

No sir , or else Kashmir alone would hve been a hub of seperatism hence jammu is needed
That's how an elected leader of J&K can be from Jammu and rule over Kashmir.
