I mean just a quick google search would show that they did not "literally" fulfill every promise. Granted a lot of that is due to COVID. They have done more for infrastructure than perhaps any single administration since independence.
Retaking PoK is a different animal though. I just don't see an avenue or a clear solution. Especially after seeing the conflict in Ukraine. It's clear that, unless you have complete air superiority & the ability to launch hundreds of sorties a day, this new era of modern war is a defender's game.
And of course, if the Pakistani state feels really threatened, there is the nuclear button.
2 squadrons of stealth UCAVs maybe. Regular predators/herons/etc should be counted as attritible assets with how they ae being downed with regularity across the globe.
Not denying it but for counter terror operations MQ9B are fine. Stealth one will be most probably domestic production.
Its too costly , spending way too much to kill those terrorists whom pakistan can hire cheaply any time. There should be a higher cost imposed on pakistan which will deter them from such adventures. Taking out there million dollar assets like ships or oil depots will create more pressure & also put fear into the monkeys at the top of chain.

In an unfortunate incident, an army soldier was killed and four others sustained injuries when their vehicle skidded off the road and plummeted into a gorge in the Rajouri district of Jammu and Kashmir on Thursday evening. The officials said that the incident occurred near Bhawani village, which is close to the Line of Control (LoC) in the Nowshera sector. The vehicle, carrying five soldiers, lost control and veered off the road, resulting in the tragic descent into the gorge, the officials said.
Following the incident, emergency responders swiftly arrived at the scene and transported the injured soldiers to a nearby hospital. Despite their prompt efforts, one of the soldiers was pronounced dead upon arrival. The condition of the four injured soldiers remains under medical observation, as per officials.
CRPF bus catches fire in Ramban
A CRPF bus on its way to Jammu from Srinagar caught fire due to a technical snag in Jammu and Kashmir's Ramban district on Thursday. However, the occupants escaped unhurt, officials said. The bus, part of a Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) convoy, caught fire near Battery Chashma on the Jammu-Srinagar National Highway in the afternoon, the officials said. The fire was brought under control and no one was injured. The vehicle suffered some damage, they added. Ramban SHO Vijay Kotwal said preliminary investigations suggested the fire was caused by a short circuit in the engine wiring.J-K DGP warns locals supporting terrorism
Meanwhile, in the wake of four terror attacks in as many days, Jammu and Kashmir Director General of Police RR Swain on Thursday accused Pakistan of trying to disturb peaceful atmosphere through its mercenaries, and asserted that the Indian forces were determined to give a befitting response to the enemy. He warned the "enemy agents" that they would repent their decision of supporting terrorism and said "they have stakes including families, land and jobs unlike Pakistani terrorists who have nothing to lose." Terrorists struck at four places in Reasi, Kathua, and Doda districts over the past four days, killing nine people, including seven pilgrims returning from Shiv Khouri temple, and a CRPF jawan, and left seven security personnel and several others injured.(With inputs from PTI)

pakistan has been emboldened by the west & internal political changes. Our boys are doing temple runs & doing photo modelling sessions they hardly have time for the nation. ppl can now die with satisfaction after hearing about cliched heroic deeds of buying russian crude , repealing 370 & building temple. forget pakistani terrorists they cant even eradicate german cockroaches or defend against clowns from canada.
If Modi does not respond, he will loose all support from people and start loosing elections. One of he reasons people vote for him is that he is a strong leader.

Free hand in utilizing the resources and decision making is know as power and being a third largest economy if India can't practice it's power then there is something really wrong in the economic data shown to us.
Not the economic data but the first point you made , "effectively utilizing resources & decision making" leader ship is absent. They are not global level thinkers on how to fight battles at a world stage , rather they are pedestrian & fight inside the cntry. End result is that when we face a global threat we are found wanting on how to tackle the threat.
For a country of Indiia's size if fending of pakistan is an achievement then it is pretty low level benchmark. Its high time we stopped comparing to the policies of congress govt , this govt has already been in power for a decade.
Pakistan also has had support of entire Western world, world's biggest superpower(US) and China(another Superpower). It's not a military pushover while we had Nehru ji who even didn't want an army, as our first PM. So even containing Pakistan and saving complete annihilation of Hinduism was an achievement, yes(despite such a long Congress rule).
Only recently, slowly but surely we have outpaced/outmatched Pakistan. This indigenisation drive is a very long and painful one but it shall ensure our future supremacy over our enemies. Modi ji has done a great job in the last 10 years. It may not be perfect but much better than the erstwhile gov.
If today war with Pakistan is declared, neither US will meddle nor China, they both are over occupied in Ukraine and Taiwan. Pakistan will be isolated and for India this is the right time to grab this swine from its neck.
