Actually very few have their family outside. Most of them live in Pakistan.
If congress had signed Rafale deal at the end of UPA 1 , we ll be having 3 or 4 squads of Rafale inducted & integrated now ..

In this case it's hard to think that pak punjab will have best infrastructure by then. It's infrastructure will mostly be destroyed.
Also, on a related note, let this mark the return of Ikhwans in Kashmir, with impunity. Stop handing over dead militants' bodies like f*ckin morons, don't even give them unmarked graves. Burn them in bulk like garbage - Islamist combatants are deathly afraid of being burned instead of properly buried for religious reasons. If a militant's body somehow ends up in Kashmiri hands, bomb the funeral. Use irregulars for reprisals against families/friends/supporters of militants sort of like CIA used Los Pepes against the Medellin Cartel in Colombia. If a militant's family is supportive and proud of his actions, take down the whole house and disappear the family. Start using things like napalm, thermobaric rounds, white phosphorous etc in combat with these animals.

MIRV is pointless against India. Rest assured we will have more defences than they have delivery systems and nukes. And radar tech has reached a point where you now have multi-targeting capability.
And no way will they get hypersonic weapons in just 3 years. And in any case if our BMD has managed to degrade all their older delivery platforms to an extent that they are forced to use hypersonic weapons, then it has worked. It's not like even if they get hypersonic weapons in just 3 years, they will have the numbers necessary to deliver 100+ nukes.
The BMD is being designed to stop all of Pakistan's current gen of missiles, which includes Ghauri II and Shaheen II. Phase I may not stop their only hypersonic BM Shaheen III, but the missile's still in development and is a long ways away from induction. And even if they finish development this year, they won't have many of these missiles in just 2 or 3 years. And Ababeel with MIRV is going to take even longer. Those are acceptable odds compared to not having any tangible defences today.
AAD/PDV and S-400 will clearly severely degrade all their existing delivery platforms, so it's obvious what we should do here.
This is not 2002, where we could have taken the chance. It's utterly stupid to go to war now when we are transforming from a third world army to a first world army in short span of just 2-3 years.

I had posted earlier that this is a god sent opportunity for India to take out Pakistan and finish this threat on our western border. Just imagine the benefits of this action. China will become our only foe in the North. AND they will not be able to trouble us when they face an army equal in size with just one nation which has land borders with it. Yes. I completely rule out a nuke war even if Pakistan is dismembered. Nuke war will erupt only if we try and destroy complete Pak Punjab.
Anyone who signs the orders for nuke strikes on India will be actually signing the death warrant of 22 crore Pakistanis. World knows what we will do if our forces or our nation is threatened with nuke attacks. Our policy has been stated very clearly on multiple occassions.

IMHO, this is the perfect to scrap Article 370 and section 35A. The present chaos and the anger of Indians will subdue and overcome whatever these Jihadists can do. Infact yesterday Dogras have attacked Kashmiris in Jammu.
