Line of Actual Control (LAC) : India & Tibet Border Updates

I just hope that Army no longer participates in those good for nothing round table talks with Chinese and bully them at border. Let the wrath of Indian Army speak with PLA

MEA babus and GoI can go to hell.

Ravi Rikhye's opinions stem out of his knowledge on WW2 tactics, not modern warfare, hence his need to outmatch enemy presence even during peacetime.

During peacetime, India maintains 1 division of troops in Ladakh, China maintains 1 brigade, which is 1/3rd of a division, at most two brigades in case of trouble. But even during wartime, 3 divisions is overkill, which he doesn't realise. Armies need space to move, you can't crowd the battlefield, else you can't operate effectively or manage logistics and you can also become an easy target to the enemy.

The army and the govt are on the same page, closer than ever in our history, and the army being professionals know what they are doing.

I'm glad someone has called him out on his drivel.

The opposite. We have the initiative, so it's the Chinese who want to talk to us and now we aren't willing to. So someone in China has to say, "Let the wrath of PLA speak with IA".
