India ( Republic of India ) as a unitary nation state was born in 1947.It was fragmented and never truly a nation before that. So, the republic never lost Pakistan or Bangladesh.. Most of Aksai chin was never under direct control of the independent republic, though we lost some territory in 1962. POJK: we should have never stopped at the loc, and should have moved further ahead. But, we also gained territory by absorbing the kingdom of Sikkim.

there was no helicopter incursion both countries were doing normal patrol 10km inside the buffer zone. stop following Pakistani sources.

Pakistan can aim to separate regions out of India and occupy them without thinking that the inhabitants are Hindus or Muslims, but 90 crore Hindus can't handle any thing. Wow, this is just wow!!

You don't have economy, you dnon't have infrastructure, you don't have expertise and you wan't to compete a 5 times bigger economy whch has just shook the world and staying calm. Can you even imagine what is the influence of Chinese? They have influenced the WHO, many pharma companies and many big firms and have secure many lobbies around the world to vouch for them.

Without US help, you can't do anything to China.

You surely don't have any idea. Doklam is very close to economic hubs where as whole Tibet is a militarized zone from North west to South east. Indian fighting close to their market where as Chinese fight with Indians close to barren desert on their side. Moe over they are holding water resources to N-E India.

You can't , because the population is 1.3 billion, most are just above poverty line. You can't cover every corner. Thing like that happens swiftly, remember Delhi? More over, when you talk about China, you will need every soldier deployed, and not watching own citizens. It will be menace!

For Chinese it will be only limited to south of Tibet, localized one. But for India it will become a full scale starting from J&K, Himachal, Uttarakhand, Sikkim, West Bengal, Arunachal, Assam, Andeman. Because of the geography.

Add Pakistan to it, it will be like catastrophe. It sounds fancy while talking about two front or 2.5 front, but it's not feasible with the current psychology and the resources India has. Lack of talent among the planers, nepotism in recruitment and leniency in the armed forces is the major cause.

Army soldiers do not handle riot control.

Er, no. For China it's a huge problem when it comes to geography. For them TAR is a very sensitive region. For us, all the regions are stable.

Why add Pakistan? If we go to war with both countries, Pakistan as a military force will cease to exist long before China is able to deploy. The Chinese need a month or more to deploy troops. We need 24 hours now to cross the Indo-Pak border and less than 7 days to finish. At worst, we will have to deal with an insurgency when we are fighting China in case of a two-front war. When it comes to psychology, resources etc, you have no clue what you are talking about.

While I appreciate your defending your nation, and I also suspect (and appreciate) that one reason you come here is to actually think for yourself by gaining various inputs and not blindly believe the load of crap that is fed to you through official sources and also from the other forum, at times you tend to post something that undermines that effort of yours, if indeed it is so.

Let me put something out for you. Rhetorical questions for you to ponder over, and think for yourself.


1. Why would India fight Pakistan, when we are doing well economically? Why not outspend you?

2. Specific to above post of yours. What makes you think you can defend long enough? What options do you have in plains? Has IA ever undertaken any action to alter LC, which was reaffirmed at Shimla Agreement, 1972?

3. When you are done analyzing point #2, answer - Why would any nation intervene on your behalf, when a Pakistan 'cut to size' plays well with Iran-Afghanistan-Russia-US-China, all for their respective reasons? Obviously neither is India interested in holding your territories, nor will any other nation support any such action.
