But bro, did you realise that Indian Armed forces are not at all backing down and have instead increased the tempo all across its borders even with your taller than mountains and deeper than sea friend coming to your help? Do you know why India has done it? Let one bullet be fired by chinese across our borders, China will cease to exist. It will be WW3. Where do you think Pakistan will be in such a scenerio? We will take you out in less than 72 hrs or maybe just 48 hrs and after that we will make kurma of chinese PLA.

USA uses propaganda much more subtly but intensely.
You can track which country they're going to attack by their flow of propaganda. Before sending troops to put down Chinese rebels, US media was flooded with "yellow man" type portrayals that showed them as depraved, disgusting creatures who will rape fair American women. Before attacking middle East, they flooded their TV and movie screens with "Hajjis" blowing up bombs and shit.
USA has been running the largest and most successful propaganda programme till now. Chinese try, but that can't keep up their naked wish of revenge for their shamefuru years of humiriation and fail quite a bit on impressing public.
Stories are being built around normal stuff.
Like rotation of troops is considered buildup. And in this case, normal readiness testing flights are being considered as abnormal.
