I find these news items quite.... weird. US offering to sell Tomahawk and Russia offering Kalibr 2500 KM version. It either means that Nirbhay is near completion or US and Russia want to wean India from the other party, at least as far as sales are concerned.
I will go with US systems on this one, provided they allow us to produce these locally. Russians have been a bit too helpful to Pakistani these days. Meanwhile, push DRDO to complete Nirbhay ASAP.
