Are you sure its not a device you recognise ? I logged in to my twitter once using my cousin's phone and the browser saved my ID/password. He could log in to my account whenever. Had to change my password after that.
Is your account linked to your e-mail ID ? Try changing your password.

The geo locations are not always proper. When I went to Andhra Pradesh I bought a Airtel sim card, now everytime I call someone with this number truecaller shows Andhra Pradesh as the location of caller.

It should be alright now. If you have a anti-virus, run a complete scan of the computer. Also check your e mail, see if you find any suspicious e mail from unknown user.
