Plus North Indian immigrants in the South while being an immigrant yourself. Criticising other's beliefs as superstition but upholding ones own as faith. This is with respect to your post over the Decoys.

The use of decoys is very common and is routine since decades. Even when there is no apparent hostility. If you look around, you may find a couple of aircrafts in Blast-Pens & HAS which are actually AOGs (Aircraft On Ground) and are retired permanently, except to use as a spare of some critically needed component on emergent basis. Such aircrafts are routinely deployed around. One can see a few while landing at airfields in India from civil aircraft too, although you may not know that they are decoys/AOGs of little value.

As for the photograph, the member posting is known for posting photoshops and frankly, ignorant content. If you take a look at the Sirsa Airfield, the purported "Decoys" are seen as Mig-21 Decoys on Taxiways/Tarmac :)
