This is with respect to your post over the Decoys.
The use of decoys is very common and is routine since decades. Even when there is no apparent hostility. If you look around, you may find a couple of aircrafts in Blast-Pens & HAS which are actually AOGs (Aircraft On Ground) and are retired permanently, except to use as a spare of some critically needed component on emergent basis. Such aircrafts are routinely deployed around. One can see a few while landing at airfields in India from civil aircraft too, although you may not know that they are decoys/AOGs of little value.
As for the photograph, the member posting is known for posting photoshops and frankly, ignorant content. If you take a look at the Sirsa Airfield, the purported "Decoys" are seen as Mig-21 Decoys on Taxiways/Tarmac

I get the concept now thanks. I have many times noticed older planes while landing from civilian airports like the Mig-23/27 (could not make out in the brief glimpse at Chandigarh). What I am curious about is the image. The image you posted with MiG-21s looks different (lack of detail on the aircraft, no shadows) while most google earth photos show some aircraft details and shadows as well. That is what initially got me curious.
I am attaching a photo from Lohegaon as an example. There is a Su-30 and another aircraft on display in the photo. The details are much clear and so are the shadows. Compared to these the MiGs look almost artificial.

You are wrong. This photo is from a PN anti-submarine exercise where you can see the PNS Jamaat-ul-hilale class destroyer deploying a sonobouy to detect submarine PNS Halwa-e-jhund. This class also uses the state-of-the-art Kati-e-patang type radars developed with assistance from Chini biradars. Ghazwa-e-hind class destroyers are stealth ships and cannot be seen by kafir eyes.It is clearly a PN destroyer. Like the PNS Gazwa-e-hind class below
PNS Murjha-hua-lund, PNS Phati-e-gand are all latest additions to the PN. These along with the latest quantum communication equipment codenamed "Gaayi bhains paani main" will make the PN a suppa powaa navy.

I had a chance to talk to him and he told me of his more pressing needs which should get the priority. I didn't expected him getting fully cut down from all of us, but still I would not mind if he succeed in whatever he was trying for.

These gangs are active all over India thanks primarily to the wrong interpretation of "Coercion" in rape cases. More than 70% of people booked under rape charges are due to this wrong interpretation. On one hand courts allow an 18 yr old girl to be mature enough to vote and decide her life partner and on the other hand they state that such girls are naive enough to be fooled into sex for marriage.
Wait, is sex on the promise of marriage still being prosecuted as rape in India? That's downright idiotic. Sure, it's a sickening and lowly thing to do (in cases where the girl really is fooled) - but it simply isn't rape.
If you think that's bad, there's POCSO ( you can google that) & a significant number of these cases are where the female is say 16 or 17 and the male 18 or 19. Most cases involve consensual sex with or without any promises of marriage more in the spirit of teen hubris and hormones only to see parental instigation of complaints against the male resulting in arrests and trial. The sentence is 7-10 years rigorous imprisonment. You also have to factor in the fact that POCSO was formulated to address / deter to a completely different set of crimes.
In normal case it should come under civil procedure code for breach of contract or promise. But the stupid definition of "Coercion" by Supreme court has turned it into criminal act. Moreover most girls state that the guy threatened them and gave them a drink laced with drugs which made them unconscious. This converts the case to a criminal case. But what the courts don't take into account is that the girl continues to meat the guy even after that for months and years together and files the case of rape only after the relationship goes sour.
