I thought MKI squadrons were 21 aircraft?
Here is a Finnish article on Rafale and HX:
Suomen hävittäjähankinnan salaisin kone on ranskalainen Rafale – onko tässä kisan musta hevonen?
Vuonna 2015 alkanut ponnistus Ilmavoimien Hornet-hävittäjien seuraajan löytämiseksi on jo loppusuoralla. Ranskalaisen Dassault'n valmistamasta Rafalesta julkisuudessa on kerrottu vähiten, koska ranskalaiset ovat kertoneet tarjouksestaan niukasti. Yle tutustui hävittäjän valmistukseen Bordeaux'ssa.yle.fi
I try to add a direct link to a google translation, let's see if it works:

We will be getting 12 mki's and 21 UPG's.
We will be getting 12 mki's and 21 UPG's.
Then most probably the deal for 36 extra Rafale will happen. Along with 123 tejas. So atleast 200 fighters are being procured and under negotiations.
Then possibly the MMRCA with 114 rafales. Mk 2 will enter production around 2026-2027 all things considered. And we have no fifth gen aircraft in sight. The f35 is a non-starter. The su 57 is not capable enough
If we want to make up our fleet immediately still getting the eurofighter tranche 1 from Austria and U.K wouldn't be a bad idea where we could add atleast 45-50 fighters to replace our mig 21 bisons. The only problem is lack of upgradeability, infrastructure and high life cycle costs. But getting them will solve a huge problem since they can do air superiority and air defence roles much better than our mig 29 and mig 21's. The typhoons have a lot of airframe life even though training the troops will take time but still much better than using the bisons and they can do air superiority roles. And better us getting hands on them than the Pakistanis or any other player. The typhoon might cost less than 1.5 billion dollar which will give us a pretty immediate boost. And can be inducted within a year. With training and upgrading them with BNET and integrating other Israeli sub systems..

But they are designed for QRA's. They can most probably be integrated with meteors and already use the amraam. They can do a far better job at defending our airspace compared to mig 21,mig 29 and even su 30 mki because of the size of captor M and it's sophistication..Heck all of Pakistan f16's will be negated at a fraction of the cost we will have to spend and in a very quick time they will delivered..The Su-57 is far more capable than the F-35. Its stealth is also more or less competitive with it. Like comparing a Mig-29 with an F-16. It's "not as stealthy as the F-35" comment is misunderstood by a huge margin. The difference is very easily in the lower single digits. Simply put neither the F-22 nor the F-35 have any tactical advantage over the Su-57 based on stealth alone.
Tranche 1 Typhoons are pathetic. That's really the reason they are getting rid of it. Only Tranche 3 and higher are worthy of mentioning. Also, it can't replace the Mig-21, not made for such a role for our geography.

Mitsotakis spoke at the opening of the International Thessaloniki Fair, where the Prime Minister traditionally evaluates the previous year and announces the economic plan for the next year.
Arguing that Athens carried out an active diplomacy and increased its defense power against the national problems encountered last year, Prime Minister Mitsotakis reminded that he announced that 18 Rafale-type fighter jets will be purchased last year, and noted that this number will increase to 24 in the near future.
The countries with no threat from it's neighbours is retiring an aircraft, only because of its technical edge lost compares to current varients of the same . Now you want India to purchase that obsolete aircraft variant, India is a country now actively engaging two nuclear powers over a disputed boundary since long, one being a world superpowerWe will be getting 12 mki's and 21 UPG's.

Confirmation from our Defence Minister
Excellent news: Greece has just announced its intention to acquire 6 additional Rafales. Together, we are moving forward to build true European autonomy.
Where is MMRCA2 ?We will be getting 12 mki's and 21 UPG's.

Once Rafale is inducted, no need of EF2000. Sole exception : Qatar, for politic reasons. We will be getting 12 mki's and 21 UPG's.

The MMRCA 2 is in limbo. I hope we get the f4's fast and start producing them better yet we join hands with the French and do further joint development of the Rafale for the f5 and f6 but in its present situation and our useless bureaucracy I'm not seeing the MMRCA coming true. Also the American angle is also there and the caatsa thing which might result in us giving the super hornet/f15 the deal if the Americans coerce us. Or it can be scrapped entirely and g2g be done for 36-54 more rafales.Where is MMRCA2 ?

Rafale F3R is able to make all the EF2000 job. The contrary is not true.

They will use the s400 and caatsa as leverage though. F15K won in SoKo for a reason..The Americans can't coerce us using crap though. Did you forget how they failed to dislodge the S-400 even after offering the PAC-3 and THAAD?
