Considering some indiscretions coming from egyptians, during exercices SU-35 have been blinded and defeated in dog fight so that egyptians have asked for modifications for the Su-35 radar.

Fake news. Egypt doesn't have a single Su-35S in service. All planes intended for Egypt are heading to Iran.

Ok it's my fault. Yhe guy doesn't tell it's an egyptian SU-35 but was confirm that the fight did happen between a rafale and a SU-35 of a not known nationality.
No nation has both Su-35S and Rafale together. And Russia or China haven't sent their Su-35s for overseas exercise(s).
So, Rafale beating Su-35s is a fallacy and completely fake news which now has been completely debunked.
Perhaps did that happened because russians send SU-35 to egypt so that tests could be done ?

No, they are hinting at 5th gen features that other jets lack.
5th gen flying is very different from all preceeding generations.
Generally, electronics and weapons deployment capabilities are tested in the OEM's country. Only flight characteristics are tested in the geographic environment of the client country. Even if the radar was tested in Egypt, it would be in training mode or similar.
The only way to have comparative trials is if a country is operating both types or two countries are willing to share secrets, with OEM permission. And that's very unlikely to happen between France and Russia.
So treat it as it never happened.

Don't think any Indian fighter currently has passive and total silent attack capabilities of the Rafale. So, you're right, the tactics would be much different.
