There are no such delays expected from MDL. This update is from August.
The claims are outrageous. Do not fall for tweet-baits. Going for CCS means massive design changes from the navy and upward cost revisions, which are extremely unlikely for a follow-on design.

summaries = submarines #5 P-75 has been transferred to IN and #6 will handed over at the end of this year or the beginning of the next year.
Regarding P-15B and P-17A they say it will stretch till mid or end of 2027 instead of 2025. So IMO, there definitely seems to be some kind of delay. #3 P-15B will most likely be handed over this year and #4 may be at the end of next year.
The delay seems to be regarding P-17A only. May be the first one will get commissioned at the end of 2024 or the start of 2025 and then from there onwards till 2027.
Even GRSE has mentioned they will deliver the first ship in mid of 2025.
One year delay was communicated during covid time.
GRSE is still sticking to the timeline of last ship by 2026.

I think maybe 1 ship got it. Not all.
Actually no, that ship is of Royal Thai Navy. It is called Bhumibol Adulyadej-class frigate. It is designed by DSME in South Korea.
This is the UNICORN. It is present on Mogami class frigate of Japanese Navy.
Japanese and French frigates are so damn clean and sexy looking. I'm presuming the comms antenna seen here will be fitted on the next class of IN frigates?
I hope I am wrong but I am starting to feel that IN might ditch MFSTAR + MRSAM for P-17 class. First ship was commissioned in 2011 and they gave clearance of Brahmos for the ship which will go onboard during the MLU which should happen this decade. It is again going the P-15 route. Or there is a possibility that they give clearance in the future for the MFSTAR.
IN should be moving away from MFSTAR for an Indian equivalent. Sensors and Barak 8 are the most expensive part of the these class of ships.
This is some serious mess up them. Both shipyards took two additional years lead time just to prepare. There were separate DAC approvals for ships and sensors/weapons. Yet here we are!.
Intersting thing I observed that P-15A carries only 2 SRCG where as P11356 carries 4 SRCG.
Even though P-15B carries 4 SRCG why they have put only 2 SRCG on P-15A.
