Ukraine - Russia Conflict

Problem is that a country has become irrelevant in international affairs and their temporary prime minister thinks he is a churchill who can restore its glory. End result is that hapless ukranians have to show bombastic results on the ground or risk weapons supply.
Find me an actual news source that says the same thing, not some random guy on Twitter. Putin's invasion demonstrated that he wanted all of Ukraine. Donbass was just a stepping stone. And even in the event that it wasn't, it was an attempt to Moldova-ise and Georgia-ise Ukraine and keep them from moving forward by maintaining a territorial instability inside their country. Well, no, this time Russia gets its armed forces slowly killed off instead.

And you have shown images yourself of the proposed Novorossiya territory and the flags, so you cannot backtrack now I'm afraid as regards what was and wasn't.

He is (or was) trying to save his own PM role for the time period mentioned in above. I think everyone could remember that every time there was vast criticism & Bojo faced massive scrutiny, which happened several times since February he immediately went off to Ukr to meet Zelensky and tried to push this into his PR to swing back the massive discontent at home. It is pretty obvious now this war is prolonging because UK US threatened Zelensky to stop all support to continue the war.

The weapon support will never cease even if the war stops right at this minute, UK & Nato have been training Ukr division for past 8 years, do we think that was happening for free ? The previous Minsk agreement was only signed to make ready Ukr forces to nato standard under direct influence from warmongering US & UK both.
And you think the Ukrainian government just listens to whatever some guy from Britain says and does it? Give me a break.

Nobody is allowing Russia to back out now, you're right. In February they had the option of quitting while they were ahead and keeping Crimea. But Putin wanted to pretend he was Peter the Great and murdered thousands of Ukrainians, so now Ukraine will keep going until they are kicked out of both the Donbass and Crimea. In fact they'll be lucky not to lose Transnistria too. And if it reaches the point of Russian bankruptcy they will likely be booted from Abkhazia and South Ossetia as well.

1. NATO did not start this war, stop trying to twist facts. Russia started it when they invaded Crimea and the Donbass, and in February they tried to take the whole thing.

2. Yes NATO trained Ukraine because Russia had already invaded Crimea and the Donbass.

3. If they'd been prepared to the NATO standard for a war, they would already have had HIMARS, CAESAR, PzH2000 etc. and been trained on those systems.

This damn thing is really simple. People inside Ukraine have to abide by the rules of the recognised government, just as in any country. They cannot take a little piece for Russia and nor can Russia. If they want to live in Russia, they should go live in Russia. Minsk was a load of p!ss signed on to by a weak EU to try and appease Putin. Putin took it as a sign of weakness and kept pressing the line in Donbass, when Ukraine had finally had enough of it and pressed back, Russia invaded and made a jack*ss of itself.

Will this be a lesson for India?
We are already replacing what we can at the quickest way possible for us.

The smaller things which can be quickly done like replacing Tu142MK is already done. Although small, but 12 P8I is a real costly endeavour.

The difficulty UK itself had while acquiring ASW capability in P8A form, you will appreciate its a difficult thing.

We are trying the best our resources allow.
