Nope and I honestly don't know how you arrived at that conclusion. According to your logic, colonialism is only wrong if it affects India negatively.

Russia doesn't enjoy any exclusive right. Turkey closed the straits to military ships, meaning Russia cannot send ships into or out of the Black Sea anymore. Unless they're small enough to go through the Don, then the Volga-Don canal, then the Volga, then the Mariinsk Canal Systems, and that way they can reach the Baltic... which is a NATO lake.

So, Russia only has the exclusive right of being boxed in with no exit.

The grain ships escorted by Turkey were in the Black Sea coming from Ukraine anyway. His point was irrelevant.

In the mean time the US and NATO should respond by telling China it'll get nuked if it invades Taiwan. That should give them food for thought.
