They've already made a deal settling all territorial disputes with Russia, don't kid yourself. This makes it even more likely that Russia will side with China, because doing otherwise could lead to China changing their mind. I wouldn't be surprised if the text of deal included agreements about regarding China's claims in India.

China's border depends entirely on how well another country is able to protect its own territory. Agreements are simply to buy time. You can bet the Chinese will lay claim to the US too, simply due to the fact that Chinese workers were involved in building the American railroad.

China is busy with a whole lot of other problems to be messing around with Russia. So the Russians are not in China's orbit, at least for now, at least until oil goes to sh!t. But at the same time, the Chinese are not happy with the current border arrangement. As per the Chinese themselves, they plan on dealing with Russia last, before challenging the US. Their immediate problems are Taiwan, SCS and India, as for the order, nobody knows.

This is going to quite a lot of feathers truth be told. Long back when my teacher was working on Jaguars and MIGs, he was very much diplomatic how much better we could utilise them marginally higher, even with replacement storage materials, which were not infinite to say the least.
