That's an invasion. The locals are willing to resist, or they wouldn't actually be leading the offensive into Ukraine held territories of Donbas.
But they are still willing to dedollarise, that's how much goodwill is left for the West now. Imagine that. There are no good alternatives, but they are still willing to risk it.
In any case, before the decade is out, INR can become a reserve currency.
Voting at the UN is about pleasing the powers to be. It actually has nothing to do with the country's actual stance on the issue. So you get a lot of yes-men here. It is literally a "Vote whatever the US votes, don't piss them off or they will retaliate and we can't handle that" type deal.

If India , china, indonesia , mexico, brazil, saudi ,,,etc is your definition of poor countries well then it is not the countries which are poor but western mindset which is poor.
no need even to become reserve currency , most countries are open to trading with local currencies. It will level the playing field to a large extent for them.
Not disputing that it's better than ICE but it's a bad solution due to the fact it's still emitting a greenhouse gas and H2 leaks during production, transport and accidents will contribute to global warming. I see problems and very few advantages. EV is simpler, better for the climate, less of a fire risk, more efficient and gives better performance.

Story is likely BS. I mean how would they get from Syria to Poland? Get out a map. They'd need to pass through 5 countries going via Greece or turkey and if I was a refugee heading through Hungary, I would go to Austria not Poland. BS story is BS.
Ukraine has a border with Poland, Syria is on a completely different continent south of Europe, and Poland is at the north of Europe.
The video above says they're approaching from the Belarussian side, which means they came via Russia. So why no asylum from Russia? It's their responsibility not ours. Why not hold Russia to account, they're the ones militarily involved in Syria right now?
