Seems even India got on board this time... and China.... the last one definitely unexpected. Perhaps the airstrikes are Putin lashing out because he has finally been exposed and recognised for what he is.
Of the rejections:
Russia - Russia rejects resolution against it, no explanation required.
Belarus - Russian puppet regime with visible strings.
North Korea - Short, fat lunatic living in a pantomime still modelled on Stalinist Russia.
Syria - Regime needs Russia to stay alive.
Nicaragua - Over to Master Beavis on that one:
Some of the abstentions may well simply be absentees, e.g. very surprised Sudan didn't take the opportunity to vote against Russia, given that Wagner are currently trying to kill them.
