Fire at the Novocherkassk State District Power Plant in the Rostov Region. Eyewitnesses report that they heard two explosions before the fire.
At the moment, the area is 200 squares. The roof on the 6th power unit is on fire.

Russian companies have been so profitable in the last year that the govt's introducing a windfall tax. So apparently the govt's running out of money.
NATO won't rescue Ukraine, nor will there be a nuclear attack.
But Wagner and Chechens are assembling in Belgorod. They probably plan to take some land in Kharkiv oblast along the border.
Dumb on the Russians' part to get exposed that way, if true. But evidence is required for such a claim. If it was a Himars strike, they are definitely gonna have UAV footage.
