Ukraine - Russia Conflict

Footage of Russian Kh-101 cruise missile strikes on the Ukrainian gas production station "Shebelinkagazdobycha", located near the settlement of Mirnoye in the Kharkiv region. The video was filmed on February 20 by a local resident. The range of the Russian Kh-101 missile is up to 5,500 km, the warhead is 400 kg. Some versions of the Kh-101 missiles have a warhead of 800 kg

Footage of the attack of the Russian FPV drone "Prince Vandal Novgorodsky", controlled via fiber optic cable, on the Ukrainian armored personnel carrier VAB. The video was filmed near the village of Nikolsky, Kursk region of Russia. The VAB armored personnel carrier has been produced in France since 1976. In the Ukrainian army, the VAB armored personnel carrier was additionally equipped with lattice protection of the "Tsar-mangal" type. Judging by the video, as a result of the strike of the FPV drone "Vandal", the VAB armored personnel carrier was destroyed. The fate of the crew is unknown.

New footage of a Russian Iskander-M ballistic missile striking a Ukrainian S-300PS air defense system. The video was shot in a forest south of Sumy, Sumy Oblast, Ukraine. The S-300PS air defense system was developed in the USSR in 1982. It is worth noting that Ukraine can also use Slovak S-300PMU air defense systems. The strike was carried out by an Iskander-M missile with an air burst, as a result of which the missiles exploded in the Ukrainian S-300PS air defense system launcher. Officially, the missile guidance station was also reported to be damaged.

Footage of a strike by a Russian Iskander-M ballistic missile on a camouflaged Ukrainian army base preparing to launch 14 Cobra UAVs. Reportedly, 20 Ukrainian servicemen were preparing to launch the UAVs.
The Ukrainian Cobra kamikaze UAV has a range of up to 300 km and is often used to strike stationary objects. The Cobra UAV weighs 40 kg, has a payload of 15 kg, and can fly at speeds up to 150 km/h. It uses a two-cylinder engine. The UAV is difficult to control, but it can also fly according to specified coordinates. The price of a Cobra UAV is about $2,000. The video of the Iskander-M missile strike was filmed in the Sumy region of Ukraine, north of the town of Shostka. Note the field of fragments that forms when the Iskander-M missile explodes.

Footage of the use of the Russian robotic wheeled platform "Tarik" in battles in Ukraine. The homemade robot Tarik is versatile, it can lay mines, clear mines, attack and perform transport functions. It is also used to lay smoke screens, we showed this not long ago. The robot is armed with the RPO-A "Shmel", a hand-held jet flamethrower, information about it is on the channel. The ground drone is used to support the infantry, in the video the robot attacks a Ukrainian stronghold located in a forest belt near Katerinovka. After the robot's attack, the stronghold was captured by the infantry. The robot's attack during the offensive on the Ugledar highway is also shown.

Archival footage of an episode of Ukrainian special operations forces at work. The video was filmed in the fall of 2024 and shortened. The video shows an attempt by Ukrainian special forces to land in the Dnieper delta. The Ukrainian special forces were ambushed and fired upon from the shore, after which the Ukrainian unit was forced to retreat.

Insane is right, I have never a press conference like this.

“This will make for great television.”

Trump dismantling our alliances and ruining our international credibility will hopefully be entertaining.

Trump's followup statement

I am imagining students making documentaries on these clips for their university projects in the future, this is just so outrageous and big!

This can genuinely lead to a massive change in foreign policies of several countries.

This is the worst display of statesmanship I've ever seen. Zelensky probably would've gotten a better reception from Putin in Moscow.

I get the views from both sides.

Trump’s just way too against Zelensky personally. Whatever you think of Zelensky — the guy is literally fighting to keep his country from being taken by Russia. He’s in the middle of a war, so of course he’s passionate. Let’s be real: if the U.S. pulls its support, Putin will eventually take Ukraine. I don’t get how anyone can just shrug that off like, “Oh well, not our problem,” especially given how much we’ve been involved in Ukraine’s affairs before.

That being said..

At some point, Zelensky has to recognize that U.S. support isn’t unlimited. America has its own problems to deal with, and while helping Ukraine was justifiable early on, there’s a limit to how much we can keep pouring in. It’s not about wanting Russia to win—it’s about facing reality. If Ukraine can’t push Russia out completely, then Zelensky needs to start thinking about a peace deal. The idea that the U.S. has to keep funding this war indefinitely just isn’t sustainable, and it’s not America’s job to solve every global conflict.

True but I never imagined that there'll be a live telecast for such meeting especially if there isn't a script for it. I thought there would be a few speeches about freedom and it will end, I never thought Trump and Vance would start arguing with Zelensky on live TV like cats and dogs.

I never imagined that an US president will present himself like this in a meeting of such big magnitude that too infront of the whole world.

I don't understand what he wanted to show, did he wanted to act tough? Because this just shows how indecisive Trump is and uncertain the US Ukraine relationship is.

A lot of this is just performance for his base. The MAGA crowd love a tough guy act and they think Trump is being a tough negotiator for peace and resources or whatever.

Trump and the MAGA crowd really do see Ukraine and smaller nations as lesser. They believe that they should be deferential when speaking to major powers and accept any deals gratefully.

Nothing of the sort will happen though. Everybody in power knows the duo speak their mind.

In this incident, Zelensky is right. Although Trump does hold all the cards for Ukraine and will be the rule maker.

Putin must be LMAOing away.

The war was over the minute the Ukrainian offensive failed.

Suing for peace means Zelensky has to hold elections, which he will lose. So a ceasefire is unlikely to happen.

It doesn't look like Trump's peace plan's gonna work, especially if the EU takes over funding of the war that allows Zelensky to keep fighting. They will lower the conscription age once again and get another million men to keep it going.

Its a 40 minutes reality tv, this is only the highlight.

Zelensky's main flaw was his poor communication skills in English. He should have spoken in Ukrainian and allowed a translator to do the talking, it would have given Trump and Vance more time to think. But he instead came out quite a bit aggressively and the duo lashed back immaturely.

In any case, this is how things work behind closed doors. Zelensky forgot to tone it down in front of the press 'cause things would have been way worse in internal meetings.
