Navy variant (for Ohio SSGNs, Virginia Bpock IVs and Zumwalts) of Dark Eagle known as CPS (Common Prompt Strike) successfully tested.

Note the range figure - 3500km -I got more than that.

16.5 small squares wide and 200 high. Diameter known to be 34.5in = 876.3mm.

(200/16.5) x 876.3mm = 10.62m

BUT slight slant, so ~10.7m

I am eagerly waiting to see the G-VLS.
I doubt even that would fit a CPS/Dark Eagle in it though, it'll be strictly for the VPMs (Virginia Payload Modules) on the Ohio SSGNs, Block IV Virginias and Zumwalts. G-VLS will likely be based on the Mk57 VLS in the Zumwalts. The navy version is also cold launched from a canister (round tube below), as opposed to the hot launch army version (square tube).

This diagram is misleading because it's actually 3 missiles in each of the 4 VPM tubes.

So far it is on schedule even.

I think G-VLS will accomodate 1 CPS in each cell. LM claimed that it will even be able to quad-pack SM-2/6.

It won't be that big, CPS is cold-launch canisters from VPMs only. It's 10.7m long and 0.876m wide from what we can establish. It might be able to quad pack SM-2s (I think the Mk57 can), but not SM-6s.
