A Battered Iran Signals It Wants to De-Escalate Hostilities With Israel and Negotiate
DUBAI—Iran has been urgently signaling that it seeks an end to hostilities and resumption of talks over its nuclear programs, sending messages to Israel and the U.S. via Arab intermediaries, Middle Eastern and European officials said.
In the midst of a ferocious Israeli air campaign, Tehran has told Arab officials they would be open to return to the negotiating table as long as the U.S. doesn’t join the attack, the officials said. They also passed messages to Israel saying it is in the interest of both sides to keep the violence contained.
The US (B2+MOAB combo) would have to get involved sooner than later to mop up Iran's tunnel network. Tactical bunker busters in IDF inventory would be useless against them. And Israel won't declare a ceasefire without it.
Israel shouldn't relent until Fordow is destroyed.
And the Iranians needs to swallow their pride and go ask for weapons that work from Russia and start again from scratch, but without nukes. Their current system of propping up paramilitay units has failed. Always happens when you have clown forces like IRGC incharge rather than a professional military. They obviously didn't learn from Saddam's experience. And, unlike Pakistan, they had the money to import weapons and launch a credible defense too.
This war is also a lesson for those who blindly believe in self-reliance at the sacrifice of actual capabilities. Some weaknesses that had crept into our military have magnified over the years due to the extreme focus towards self-reliance. People need to understand that if you do not listen to your own military, the same thing that Iran and Pakistan experienced can repeat in India.

Iran-Israel conflict: Pakistan has shut all border crossings with Iran ‘indefinitely’ as missile attacks in Israel-Iran conflict continue, said officials, as per reports.
“There will be no pedestrian and vehicular movement at [the] Pak-Iran border for an indefinite period,” reads the official order by Pakistan, reported The Dawn.
Hundreds of Pakistani students and pilgrims have also been evacuated from Iran, mentioned the outlet's report.
Earlier in the day, Iran had claimed that Pakistan has “asserted” that it would attack Israel with a nuclear bomb if the nation launches a nuclear strike against Iran. Pakistan's Defence Minister, however denied the claims.
