Just my amateur insight to cheer you up:
I believe you will be really fortunate through investments and inheritance because your 9th house has good planets in Birth Chart, but Saturn in 9th in Navmansha shows it'll make you really work to achieve it, but it'll eventually give all you want.
Also your 10th house lord is in 9th house which also shows you will be fortunate through work.
Navmansha:
Rahu in 11th house is good for fortune building. Or it might explain why you are never satisfied. Rahu is never satisfied so it'll push you to look for more, put in more effort and such.
Venus in 4th house shows you'll be happy in your home in the later part of you house. I guess that means you'll get your dream mansion home.

cleared IES in 2015 afterwards despite my best effort could not clear civil services ,failed twice in interview which has left me completely bewildered.
tried all possible things like taking help of astrologers ,full year study leave
but all have come to a naught.

That should not let you down.
I got a friend who got upto interview level for IAS twice.
Another friend who got upto interview for IAS once.
Another friend who got police, but later lost the chance because the Kerala govt rejected certain questions (done by communist govt to favour their chosen candidates)
These kind of things are common in civil services related exams.

Yes the worst thing is when you work for something and don't get it.
I feel for you bro.

P.S: The guys I mentioned all got other jobs though like RBI, high court assistant, etc. You'll also get some good job like that. This way you need less percentage to get in. That is the strategy they are using now.

I have engineering as my optional so didnot had to put extra effort for engineering services exam(IES/ESE) as the syllabus almost overlapped and cleared the exam in 2015
but it is the civil services which has almost soaked me out ,although most of the time interview panel remains same for ese/cse but while i got through in the very first time in ese interview CSE remained a piped dream one way or other

as @golden rule said it clearly i am under the influence of probably every dasha one can imagine from saade saati to others

Stay positive. And stop thinking IAS and civil service is all that it is said to be. It is hyped up and nothing what it is promised to be. They just bait you, becuase otherwise no one will bother.

There are better alternatives in private. Or go build your own company. Best time for that!

Astrology doubt:
1. Rahu is a chayagrah, and so should not have aspects. But then why do the texts mention 5th and 9th aspects of Rahu?? If so then how strong are these aspects??
2. In charts like D9 and D10, do planet aspects play a role and be taken into consideration??

I was reading my last post to you #300 and what I wrote to you in the last paragraph, that is THE ONLY remedy. You have to come out of your obsession with getting results. You have to understand that "results" are not in your hand. Only KARMA is in your control. So do your Karmas - of thought, of mind, of control of Indriyaas, and control over your body. ACCEPT and be Happy with whatever is your circumstances. Once your mind is calm and not psychotic about the outcome, you will feel relaxed and focus on the ACT than on the OUTCOME. You need to train your mind for this through meditation and what I explained in post #300.

Your Rahu>>Buddha>Buddha dasha is going to start on Dec 13, 2019. Your buddha is very weak and placed in 9th bhava in Karaka. And your Rahu is in 4th bhava in Kumbha. Again with this graha combination for the Dashas, the only remedy is as I mentioned in #300. I just cannot emphasize more.

Can someone tell me if it'll be good if I settle in foreign lands, or even another state (please advice w.r.t my navamsa 1st house lord going to 12th house )??
Or does it simply reflect that I'm an MSME entrepreneur guy as 12th house also reflects MNCs.
I don't want to leave Bharat, so I would prefer settling in some other state if I'm to move.

My 2nd and 11th houses are going into 1st house.

Navamsha is the microscopic ninth division view and represents the fruits of the Dharma bhava in the present incarnation. Thanks for that write up. Amazed by your knowledge. I wonder how long you studied astrology and did you have a guru or self-learned?

Well okay, I thought that 1st lord going to 12th indicated MNCs, foreign settlement, etc for me. Also I read Mars in 12th indicated violent behaviour and ending up in jail for it, etc. So I had to get that checked. Glad to know there's nothing of that sort and just obstructions.

P.S: The tip about the spouse is interesting!! Especially since I was thinking I would keep a friendly environment in the office. And hire as many less woman workers as possible to keep out any risks or bad incidents (I value reputation) !

I just found something really interesting!!!
My Navamsa chart planets placements is similar to Mukesh Ambani's (MA) Birth Chart.
(MA) Saturn-Mars axis in lagna house and 7th house -> (Me) Exact same.
(MA) Jupiter in 10th house with Mars 4th aspect -> (Me) Jupiter aspect to 10th house from 4th with Mars 4th aspect.
(MA) Moon in 2nd house -> (Me) Moon 7th aspect to 2nd house from 8th house.
(MA) Sun in 6th house -> (Me) Sun's 7th aspect to 6th house from 12th house.

Feb 12, 2020 will start a new beginning in your career. It will have to do with foreign lands., and your efforts will bring gains to you.

But remember few patterns and traits of your career. They will be of continuous transformative in nature; you will need to sometimes start from scratch and wait for your efforts to bear fruits. You will be very tempted to pursue shortcuts and flout rules of the game, but it will only backfire on you.

So keeping the above in mind, make up your mind to follow the right strategy and tactics to comply with the above guidelines in order to succeed. Remember, you will have to be patient for results.
