New propellent will increase throw-weight to accommodate probably MIRVs. Look what I found from one of splinter cell game mission. Agni 3 carrying 4 mirvs.

The stages arrangement is all wrong for Agni-3 or any Agni , as shown in the game.
About MIRV the problem is not propulsion, never was for India.
The main problem is the warhead size which is too big and heavy in India's case .
Agni - 5 single warhead compartment is 3 meters long and 1.4 metres wide.
The exact same warhead is also carried by K-4 and Agni-4.
Such a large warhead cannot be MIRVd

are you talking about k-4 ? and why do you think India haven't miniaturise warhead yet ? to me arrangement look fine. here an e.g
arrangement depends mainly on
dimensions of warhead and payload delivery and K 4 is probably carrying MIRVs no doubt.

The smaller strategic yield and capacity ballistic missile by india is the 0.74 m dia K-15.
The payload bay of Agni-5 sits above third stage and it's external dia is 1.4 metres.
Say the actual dia of K-15 warhead is 0.72 m because the rest is the cowling.
You can calculate how many 0.72 m dia circles you can fit inside an 1.4 meter circle here

Who said anything about k-15 ? I thought we were talking about k-4 SLBM and Agni 5 and your diameter number for third stage means nothing as MIRVs capabilities depends upon dimensions of payload. Topol M has a 1.5 diameter third stage and can be modified to carry MIRVs. K 4 third stage is designed for both( single multi megaton yield thermonuclear warhead as well as kilotons yield smaller MIRVs ).
India has a come a long way since 90s kido. you should not confuse India with nobody like Pakistan.

Here Bulava SLBM 3 rd stage. it's only slightly bigger than Agni 5 third stage yet mange 6 MIRVs and more than 40 decoys

On a serious note, it doesn't look like indya has made the missile to be highly mobile. May be in a limited area only.
again showing lack of grey matter in that tiny brain of yours. most of the roads which manage more than 50 tonnes are well paved in India. India don't have huge track's of empty land like Russia or china despite being a huge country. so necessity of off road mobility doesn't play a huge role and this truck if it is carrying Agni-5 ...than it has a very less chance of getting detected by satellites than a typical TEL.
They were testing this beast a while ago . So TEL with huge tyres is not some alien tech out of reach of India.

Off-road mobility is not required for our missiles. Plus India's road network is pretty good and getting better. It's also going to be difficult to spot from space if our TELs looks like regular trucks.
As for MIRVs, its relevation to the public and its existence are not synonymous. Moreover, its relevation doesn't suit our current diplomatic and security needs even if they have been deployed. The US is going to face difficulties back home if it's revealed that India has operationalised MIRV. Plus, this relevation will benefit Pakistan more than it does India. You can say that if MIRV has been deployed, it makes more sense for India to keep quiet about.
