Accuracy of time of birth is the most difficult question to answer especially for Cuspers

Hospital timing is around + or - 5 mins for the person to note down timing.
Nowadays in big hospital a nursing assistant is given that work. Still there can be + or - 2 mins.
My Ascendant changes in 5 or 6 mins I think. Not sure how accurate they noted 35 years back.
Navamsa chart no need to say, where seconds matter.
And other things change with North and South way of casting charts.
Rahu & Ketu nodes, in South is calculated based on mean position but in North it's true position.
Panchang followed also differs planetary positions. Even with few days difference.
One Panchang shows Mars and Saturn together in one house , other in 2 different houses.
