Second NOTAM for GSLV Mk III M1/Chandrayaan-2 mission is out. Enforcement duration 2100-2200 (UTC) or 2:30-3:30AM(IST) on 17 July and 0830-1000(UTC) or 1:30-3:30PM(IST) on 18 to 31 July 2019
