Update on the CY-2 mission :

Second attempt at GSLV Mk III M1/Chandrayaan-2 launch is scheduled for 1443 (IST)/0913(UTC) on 22 July 2019 from Second Launch Pad of SDSC (SHAR).

T - 20h00m Terminal countdown commenced.
T - 18h15m Propellant (UH25) loading of L110 liquid core stage has commenced.
T - 16h40m Propellant (UH25) loading of L110 liquid core stage has completed.

I know that there is a sticky for C2 but I think you can keep this open for a day because it should get better attention. You can merge it later. ISRO seems to have marginally increased the propellant load of C-25 stage, from 25 tonnes to 28 tonnes. Shouldn't that make it C-28 ?
