To be honest sir, I am not entirely sure how this thing would loiter. Solid rocket motor ? Using wings to glide ? Maybe the wigs would rotate making it the worlds first and the only "match stick helicopter".that really looked like a flying match stick.

I feel they want to start the production with in few weeks.Third Test-Firing of Guided Pinaka Successful
Guided Pinaka developed by Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) was successfully test fired today at Pokhran ranges after two successful trials on Monday, March 11, 2019. All the three trials met mission objectives.
The consecutive successful missions of Guided Pinaka proves the efficacy, reliability and high precision capabilities of the weapon system.

That would not be possible to comment for now. But for long range Artillery we have bought extra Smerch rockets couple of year back for such a situation.I feel they want to start the production with in few weeks.
We do have Smerch and if i remember correctly Ashok Leyland won the tender to provide trucks to carry those rockets. But the RFP to raise 6 pinaka regiment was approved in 2016 and no updates after that(I mean they did not approve the purchase yet). What if this new version is for those 6 regiments is where my doubt lies with. That would not be possible to comment for now.
