To be honest sir, I am not entirely sure how this thing would loiter. Solid rocket motor ? Using wings to glide ? Maybe the wigs would rotate making it the worlds first and the only "match stick helicopter". :ROFLMAO:
Any ideas ?

not sure how it would loiter from that picture - need a clearer one..

but from their site:

What We're Building
NewSpace Research and Technologies (NRT) based in Bengaluru, designs and develops Persistent Drones for Earth Observation and Communications. NRT platforms operate from 5km to 20 km with varied endurance (few days to months)

NRT's High Altitude Long Endurance (HALE) UAV would have an endurance of 3+ months and is at the cutting edge of Aerospace Technology with only a handful of global firms as competitors.

I feel they want to start the production with in few weeks.

That would not be possible to comment for now. But for long range Artillery we have bought extra Smerch rockets couple of year back for such a situation.
We do have Smerch and if i remember correctly Ashok Leyland won the tender to provide trucks to carry those rockets. But the RFP to raise 6 pinaka regiment was approved in 2016 and no updates after that(I mean they did not approve the purchase yet). What if this new version is for those 6 regiments is where my doubt lies with.
