What everybody is now suggesting for BD, I had stated in the very begining of this thread. We have to take out complete Rangpur to extend our chickens Neck, Take out complete Chittagong and Take out Sylhet which was wrongly given to East Pakistan. Over 50% all natural gas and oil produced by BD comes from Sylhet. taking out Chittagong will leave BD without any operational Port. After that they will have to beg India for Land routes and ports to export/import cargo.

As long as Russia hosts Yanuk, Russia gains legitimacy amongst Russian-speakers in Ukraine, especially the ones in core Russian areas, like Crimea and Donbas. You can tell by the amount of insurgency the Russians are facing in occupied territories, ie, none. Hasina gives us the same advantage, support of 75% of the voting population. Even if that's fallen to 50%, unlikely, it makes the protectors of the people's choice more legitimate than the clowns running the show in BD today.

It's option 2. First, we gotta use diplomacy for a status quo. This ensures stability in BD while we deal with bigger problems in NE, like the civil war in Myanmar and tribes acting up in Manipur.

Our plan is to expand eastward, incorporate Chinland and even Rakhine if possible. This will open up a Northeastern sea route. And we need to fix our relations with the military junta after that, or we earn ourselves a really annoying non-Islamic enemy, nothing good will come out of that. Best case, we retain good relations with Myanmar while making India the sole neighbor of BD. For all this to work out, we need stability in BD first.

Option 2 will result in a new enemy. So it's gotta be the last resort. It will come at the cost of some economic growth, but I guess we are gonna have to pay the bill someday anyway.

War with Pakistan is very unlikely. PoK's gonna have to integrate peacefully or we become the invaders for the next 50+ years, and that sentiment could flow into Kashmir too.
