The data has been shared with US. Probably India does not want to give a bloody nose to USAF by declaring that all their AMRAAMs were decieved by SU-30MKIs. and rub it in with proof.
No point telling him this. Both the videos, one from 2016 and the latest one have exactly same words with exactly same font with just one change that the new video has darker letters. AND they think that we Indians are fools like them and got educated in a madarsa which teaches that earth is flat and earthquakes are caused by women driving cars.

What kind of national security is lost by saying any of the above? None of these come from humint inside Pak. Nothing is compromised. Why the stupid silence?
This statement by IAF IS sharing the info with Indians. What else do you want know? The frequency of the seeker head of AMRAAM or its scan pattern or its seeker opening range and even if IAF shares it with you, what will you or 99.9999999% Indians make out of it. OR for that matter even the data about the air intercept radar of F-16s.

Consider yourself to be the AVM in charge of the eastern borders in the PAF and you're tasked with responding to the aggression by the IAF on the 26 th. You look around to see what do you have - a plethora of obselete jets - Mirage 3 & Mirage -5, the JF-17 & the pride of your forces the F-16.
What're you up against? The Mirage 2k, MiG 29, MiG 21 & the eagle of the skies - the supreme predator Su 30 MKI.
What do you do, if you want to break through their defences? Firstly, you've to rely a lot on deception given the superior EW abilities of the MKI apart from the other FA in the inventory of the IAF , which by any yardstick are superior in capabilities and equipment than what you possess apart from the nos.
Which means for the 4-6 jets you plan to penetrate the defences of the Indians and bomb the targets , you need at least twice or thrice the no to serve as a diversion , if you've to get the task accomplished. I've given you merely the bare bones of the planning. I've not factored in AEW, AWACS, Ground air defences, terrain, etc. All these would have their own role to play when deciding the combination and no of FA you would need to mount an assault. Now you do the math.
