If PA acts against outfits, they are in trouble, If they don't, they are still in trouble. Only an overt action by India gets a reprieve. So, only foolishness will dictate that we go to war against them.
My line, please always remember it - "We will fight Pakistan till the last Pakistani".
It does not mean the Pakistani who will be defending, but the Pakistani who will be fighting against his/her own country.
Meanwhile, we will continue to work on improving our socio-economic indices. We have bigger and greater fights to win.
Always remember Kautilya's statement on role of Soldier in Magadh and that of the citizens. Everyone contributes. That is precisely what the policy seems to be - leave the forces to deal as they feel fit, along the borders while the Indian citizen remains at work contributing to the nation's growth.
